UPPER DECK, LONAVALA, MAHARASHTRA
The resort sits on heavily contoured mountain side overlooking splendid view of mountains, valleys and lakes. The architecture and landscape is woven around this aspect and hence the landscape was conceived only to accentuate the nature’s presence. Year of completion: 2003 Architect of the project: Hemant Bhatiaion drawings and co-ordinate with various consulting and executing agencies. The project comprised of two phases. Phase I was over in early 2007.
